What would you do as a Manager if there is a love-hate relationship between HR staff and employees?

all managers should develop standarized, fair and strategic compensation planHR should be able to actively engage and keep employees nurtured and happy in the work environment. HR is generally responsible for monitoring the budget and providing committee oversight in terms of these activities planned and implemented in the calendar year.   

Core function of a manager is to synchronise the individual goals into Organisation goal and get the maximum output from the resources.

If a manager tries to get maximum output from the resources it will cause damage to that resource.

for reducing that damage we need to provide better lubrication and timely check-up have to be provided to the machines in our company.

In Human resource the problems were much complicated as they are spending the whole day in a restricted platform and that will increase the human stress and affect the work quality.

For solving this issue we need to conduct on the job and off the job programs like proper tea and prayer break in the office timing and establishing friendship group by organizing and promoting recreation activities.

HR manager always make sure that all the employees of the firm are getting same consideration from his department, for that he have to ensure the transparency by proper documentation.

Talk to staff and HR &  try to find out the problem faced by HR or staff, then explain to them  the reason for the current  situation. Organise team bonding sessions, organise social event to make them aware of the issues faced and explain to staff why we things a certain way in a company. Find out how things can be improved or chaned from staff / HR forthe benefit of all concerned.

I WILL TALK WITH BOTH THE TEAM SEPARATELY AND GET THE EXACTY REASON FOR FIGHT INITIALLY. and compromise them

Every employees want to do better for thier company but sometimes we see Human Resource arena between normal employee is occured hazarding situation by some issue that is not good sign any company.Company should keeping equal opportunity between HR and employees.

I would like to call upon the HR staffs and employees together and conduct a friendly meeting, often try to provide some extra curricular floor activities to them. The more they interact we can avoid the conflicts and it may helps to avoid the intra conflicts between my different team levels.

I will try to find out whats the reason for thier love-hate relationship...if it is personal ...i will warn them if they are distracted from thier goal and  i will remind them this is a team game and there is no place for personal fights
