If you know that the part you sold to the customer got defected on its way out, what actions would you take immediately?

products can be called back, repaired and can be resent to the end customer if the product is in a minor defect state. but if the product is completely damaged then product should be replaced as you dont want to loose reduce your customer base.

IT IS LOGISTICS COMPANY'S RESPONCIBILITY. THE CONYTRACT WILL SPEAK ALL ABOUT THIS MATTER.

First of all I would like to reach it to customer if the fault is not major one and customer complain about it than I would compulsate a little amount from the product total price and if defect is major one than I would like to replace the product with another one with a little gift like keychain or something, with a sorry note.

It is best to make sure and double check the products that we are selling are all in good condition and working efficiently. If there are some defects then it is best to replace them immediately and avoid issues like this to happen again for it might affect the general image of the company and the credibility and reliabilty of our products. We need to win and gain customers so it is wise to keep our standards in maintaining excellent quality of our products.

For best customer experience, I would change that I have sold to the customer. I know for sure we have warranty and customer would really take advantage of that. It's either you can completely change the product or just refund the money in full.

ist of All  Excuse the Clients / Customer  about your product falt and offer a better choice / Discounts to purchase the goods .

Thats very rare situations since that materials is dispatched after quality check but if it's do so then we will bear freight cost of returning material and send all correct material to customer

first i will not ever sell defective parts, however if accidentally the parts got defected i will immidiately change it and return to the fctory for factory defect claim

Take the coustomer into moral control and see the situation

Well, the client should be informed about the incident and the item shall be imediately replaced with a proper one
