Customer Service goes hand in hand with Customer Support. The key to have a customer service success is how to provide excellent support to the cutomers. Always make your them feel that you are to assist and support them through the process.

Customer Service Access is purely dependent upon the Customer Support.  If there is no support to the customer, there is no access.  These are inter dependent factors.
