I do not think that it is very different .. The flexible management style is interact with the system in accordance with the laws of the organization to achieve the necessary efficiency .. but the public sector sometimes sets laws and regulations that hinder that flexibility .. Here the professional must use of the smart method to overcome those disabilities We must not know the impossible, as well as some private sector have the same problem
