What are the SEO/Social Media actions you would recommend to a client with a big budget?

A well-thought out viral campaign with a video component would be great for a client with a big budget.

Usually for big budget client The Display Advertising ( With Rich Media) on famous websites in the region if they are focusing on Specific region and Video Marketing would be great.
For Social Media Facebook Advertisement ,LinkedIn Display advertising and Twitter Advertisement .
For SEO select the Competitive Keywords , It will take some time but will provide more visitors as compare to normal Keywords.

To be very specific on this For SEO - Create own blogs with different website dedicated to blogs only (using quality content) - Get great content for the website and also make the website faster than before For Social Media - Choose the right platform as per your business type (eg. If B2B then Linked In), and run variety of ad campaigns obviously with attractive and informative ad copy And for remaining platforms run a display campaign for brand awareness. For a client with a big budget many things can be done. Apart from advertising in all social media platforms, I'd also recommend use re-marketing, which can be handy. I'd use a little offline marketing too if possible.
