Voltage Flickering due to low voltage or misbehaving of voltage
It will because of one of these reasons:
1- voltage flickering.
2- voltage instability (sags, dips, ...etc).
3- harmonics.
you should contact your local Electricity utility and ask them to perform a power quality analysis, and then see what the report will say.
