HR career begins with HR  clerk/ HR Assistant this is the era of faster delivery of services to the company in the HRD all the works done by computer.Let's see the major are of HR  HRD needed computer  skills

Recruitment: according to job requirement hiring manager draft the job description in  MS office, or directly to the career page of the company, job portals.

Selection and Interview: The era of software managers, Assistant use Application Tracking System according to the top rank candidates call for an interview.

More Advanced companies use the SAP  software, People soft, Oracle HRM it deals all the HR functional areas like compensation and benefit, benefits planning, performance system.

Basic computer knowledge is essential to join hand with HRD of any organization also, please suggest  and comment warm welcome to you  ;

All the records and reports are made and maintained through computer these days, no need of paper records and data into files and paper work like those old days.

The Human Resources Officer should be proficient in the various computer skills such as word and excel.

He should also have a linguistic ability to formulate various speeches. It is true that modern computer systems contain ready-made speech models, but they are often rigid and may not fit the nature of the company. So it is best to modify them in a manner appropriate to the vision of the company and its objectives.

The human resources officer should also be good at mathematical equations and mathematics. It is true that computer systems do the equations automatically, but there are companies that do not deal with these systems, and designed its own programs on excel. Therefore, equations must be entered manually in this case.
