Time and patience to listen, knowledge and wisdom to descide and address an issue in the best neutral way possible without taking sides or personalising the problem.

I work closely with HR in my role and the most important thing for me in my position within operations is that HR are there for me, for example if I have an issue that I need to address they will find time to support me and advise me.  Ignoring me or putting me on hold is a poor practice.  If I have an issue it is generally a priority and need support immediately if individual HR staff can support this then then will stand out in my business
