Resume is a merchandising material where you attract employers towards your caliber and experience. Limit your resume in maximum of two pages. The order shall be like,  start with your name,address, contact information, then your objective (max two lines), Core Competencies (Use short forms where ever possible), Experiences with main job responsibilities and achievements, Professional Accreditation, Certifications etc.,Educational Qualification, Other common information like Driving License, Passport details, References (if asked). Gender, Date of birth, family background are not necessary nowadays as it will be asked during the time of interview depending upon the type of interview. If you have more experience, start with present then two more with details. Others can be specified with minimal details.Always tailor your resume according to the requirement of employer. It will give you greater mileage.
