I believe it is related to both. I believe it is part of the Architecture and if it was not designed well as the building it may have negative effect on the experience. On the other hand, in Urban its also a main element of the presentation of the urban design. In which the Urban can not be precieved by the people positevely except if the Landscape was well designed and presented.
