Be honest. but dont blash your current organisation.

If you talk bad about your current organisation, you will come across like a negative person.

By "be honest" I mean, you will have your reasons to move on: "need to learning something new, seeking challenge, seeling experience in different industry, current organisation didnot meet your expectation, change in leadership" etc

The most common answer is 'better career prospects'. May be ok. But I think a job is also a business/professional relationship which you have with an organisation. I believe as an employee, you add significant value towards the organisation in terms of your delivery, skills, knowledge or even knowledge transfer etc. and the company in turn back to the employee.

When the mutual or even one way value addition relationship is not happening, then it would be ethical to leave the organisation.
