Well, in fact the result sentence of  "winning confidence is the key success for any executives" is right. However "winning confidence" is not only an inborn ability. It comes from the knowledge, experience and backgrounds of years. Some of people can not have the sence of confidence however the experience and knowledge come first. People respect knowledge for an executive first then they look for a balanced character. After this point, if the executive manager has the sence of confidence now he/she is at the border of long term success.
