It all depends on your application really. Most of the fashion guys use things like the Hasselblad cameras. Large and medium format to blow fashion pics and advertising stuff up to billboard size. Every other professional out there is still using a Canon 1DX, 5D Mk1-4 a Nikon of which there are many. But do you already have lenses? If so, might as well stick with whatever brand you currently have. I personally shoot more video so am using Sony A7SMk2 with an adapter for Canon lenses, which is also an incredible low light camera. The A7R3 is trying to take over the sports world but with expensive lens options and the fact that most people have already invested in a specific brand of lens has them sticking with that brand. In the end, it’s the 6inches behind the camera that are the most important ;)
