Canon 700D is fine (though it doesn't have autofocus) and it's about 600$ in Lebanon.
I will suggest canon 70d is best.
Nikon D3300 with 18-55mm VR Lens Kit will cost you about $450 and have the ability to record videos at 1080P at 60/50/30/25/24P

Hi canon 700D or Nikon 3300 or 3200. Also now days phone camera's are pretty good. if you want you can add an additional lens to your phone. so since its youtube, If you create quality content that's more important. People should like what you make. How you make it in terms of youtube is not very important.
