As per my knowledge, mobilization of ambulances, Life risk involvement, huge complex of engineering design and implimentation as analysis of drawing routin, and huge capital cost.
Following Problems will be faced...
1. Huge capital cost
2. Complex engineering designing
3. Big Disturbance for the people of city. like obstacles in transportations, electricity disturbance, gass disturbance.
4. Allot of issues for the mobilization of ambulances
5. Life risk involved much
many many others just wrote some in above....
