Is there a best and worst time to look for a job?

As much as I would like to think that JANUARY is a great time to look for job, because everyone wants to join that "NEW YEAR - NEW ME" bandwagon, and everyone just got their bonuses and ready to take on a new adventure, I think it is a good time to look for job throughout the whole year since everyone is consistently looking for career move and improvement regardless of the time.

Debate between which time is best to look for a job depends on exclusively on which region or area you are based. In some places, some months, quarters or periods are most favorable while in some places, the periods don't matter at all. Thanx for the invitation
