What is the best way to show your value on a CV to a company you are applying for work at?

My CV should looks pwerfull,by using strong words and verbs to show my experience, in this way I am driving the recruiter to pay attention to the CV. 

secondly, 

Everything in the CV should be real and true. 

the last but not least, 

Organize the CV, and start the experiences you have got with last one you did.
