Can I add a fixed Objective statement to my CV? Or do I need to change it depending on the job position applied for?

In my opinion the best option to tailor the objective on the nature of position for  interview, and the best option to prove yourself fit for the role is inteview.

Different company has different objective .. but one company has one objective, mission and vision .. So individual will have one objective , mission and vision ..
