OSPF as it is an Interior gateway protocol used for LAN communication in a Single Autonomous System whereas BGP is used to communicate to an external Network i.e in a different A.S.

Suppose, if a customer has two Customer Edge routers then the communication betwween them would be done by OSPF and the communication between those router and Provider's edge router that is in a different AS will be done via BGP. we can also used iBGP to communicate between C.E but it is not preferredd.
