You are the youngest one on top of a team, how can you earn the confidence of your team and prove that you are able to take responsibility?

With actions, prove thay can trust you and they will. Honesty and intergity are good qualities to get staff confidence

the most important is control and delegate the jobs.

As a youngest member on a top team I 'll set all the schedule and then held meeting and then I 'll select one by one by their talent that which work they can do better than other and I 'll stay friendly with them but in work mode will stay bossy.. Thanks ðð

The education is not limited by age s if a person have an education his confident is high so the earn of confident of my is confident to the team

While managers can certainly lead and leaders can certainly manage, the skills required to be good at either one are separate and distinct.

Respect and obedience should be your main priority then be out spoken in situations where its needed and always remember you are the youngest and be bold but respectful because when u do all these you earn their respect.

By taking responsibilities and proving that i can do that, by sharing ideas, by doing hard work and smart work.
