How does one balance work life and personal interests & hobbies?

The answer is in the time Because work life as well as personal interest cannot be compromised , so time gives us the balance between work life and personal interest

Give employer time to the employer without stealing from it & your personal life the time it deserve after your work hours.

This is interesting as it relates directly to my field. usually i ask my clients to find something that relates to their work life, personal interest and hobbies and when they find the mid point, it motivates them to work and find time to balance their personal lives. the goal is to find what motivates you in the three aspects.

Can either be through doing them at work or after work.

For example; reading can be done during the lunch hour.

Family time could be spent after work on a certain day.

Sports can be exercised after or before work for a specific amount of time and etc...
