An Inspection Test Plan (ITP) is a commonly required document that you'll need to submit with your construction quality control plan. ... They want to know exactly what inspections and tests you'll be forming to control quality on their project.

Method Statement and JSA are the documents attached to the ITP. The ITP can be created base on the procedure written on the Methodology and Safety of site and people involve in the job.

I  have 4 to 5 years experience in inspection of the fabricated steel , its mechanical testing . I have good idea of different type steel.
