A good leader gives freedom to his team members and promotes creative ideas and open to accept opinion from his team. He gives confidence to his team and stands by them through challenging times.

I think the best character of a good leader should have is being "Humble" and "understanding",because when he/she have this he/she could be able to make a good desition and best solution thru understanding and analyzing the opinion of its member or team.I say humble too because being humble is a sign of being cosideration no matter how the competators do to you or what ever kind of demonic strategy do to you as long as you believe that you doing good, then you have to be humble and believe, because ladies and gentleman good things doesn't happen from the very beginning and yes there's a time that you are happy in that but always remember that success is in the end of your journey and yes that's what they called the happy ending.
