What makes a good leader in your opinion, experience or educational background? Why?

Kindly be informed that nothing called Educational Background in Leadership issue (Some leaders have only primary school certificate)

And, Work Experience adding around %40 on leader character e.g.( Some organization skills, IT skills, ability to solve some problems related to work or job, deal with environment,...)

But, only the inborn skills make leaders , because "Leader creates not makes". and these skills which reside in leader (Motivated, Motivator, Organized, Listener, Has vision, Has ability to unite teams towards goal, Has ability to hit goals, Has ability to create opportunities, Creative, Clever, Lovely, Friendly, Has ability to influence on others, Has ability to work on multi tasks,Thinker,.....)

I think it relate strongly to the personality with few experience in the field 

Leaders are born to make leaders.

Leading Business Schools anywhere in the world are inviting born leaders who never and ever entered into any business school to give lecture to leaders being made in such business schools.

Indian Raiway Minister who made consistently loss making world largest Railways to profit making in4 yrs was invited to Harvard.

Apple's Steve Jobs who was drop out of a college, invited by Harvard

So, Born leaders to make leaders.

 

Neither background nor education its the person themselves who make their attitude in such a way that they rule over the position as well as command or order the juniors..

I think that great Leaders should have both academic background and personal experience.

Not experience neither educational its in the blood when he / she came to the world it is talent from god

Both, practical experience and education, as well as enjoy the commander of leadership qualities
