2. Down is the answer

90 degrees : UP

180 degree : Right

270 degrees : Down

360 degree : Start

The answer is 3- Left ... whereas the 0 degree points to the up direction.

0 degree is horizontal

90 degrees is up

180 degrees is horizontal again

270 is down and 360 is back to the start.
