90 degrees : UP

180 degree : Right

270 degrees : Down

360 degree : Start

The answer is 3- Left ... whereas the 0 degree points to the up direction.

0 degree is horizontal

90 degrees is up

180 degrees is horizontal again

270 is down and 360 is back to the start.

It would be on the down side. so no 2 is the correct answer.
