How important fitness exercises to the mental and psychological health?

It is very important for it drains out our negative energy and consequently gives us a mental and psychological health.

It is the most important thing in life. No matter what, "Fitness" comes first. Assume you win a lottery worth Billion dollar, but you suffer from diabetes, then you will not be able to enjoy the money. Think about having couple of energetic kids but you are not fit to play with them in the park. I hope you will be able to understand the point I am trying to make. 

On other side, being fit makes you more productive. You can do double  work in same time.

I strongly advise to invest 45 minutes daily for your health and fitness. A simple activity of morning walk for 45 minutes is good enough. Lastly the most important point here is that no matter how much other people explains you the benefits of being healthy, you will not understand it unless and until you try it by yourself.

 

Go for it, its worth more than you think.

Studies say, exercise can increase the relaease of dopamine and serotonin. These two are neurotransmitter that improve mood and help in protect the mental and psychological health issues.
