Intermediate exercise sport such as walking, which stimulates an increase in breathing for 30 minutes 5 times a week, leads to fat loss in general and abdominal fat in particular. The intensity can be increased and the duration is reduced to half, such as jogging for 20 minutes 4 times a week.

 and Strenuous exercise (stationary bike - Sports equipment - rowing equipment) has a similar effect.
