For me the most important training for F&B service staff is their customer service skills. There's nothing more memorable than being treated special. Second is the food knowledge in order for them to recommend and give suggestions.

  • To be friendly and helpful to the guest.
  • Body Language.
  • Staff appearance & hygiene.

  • How to carry (food - beverage) tray.

  • How to handle each piece of equipment in the safest and most hygienic fashion ensuring the security of both the equipment and our guests.
  • The Cupboard and Shelves have to be kept clean everyday to follow the Hygiene & Safety Standards.
