I did use it for my personal account.
Nothing huge, instead of your profile picture, you have additional Banner (works like cover photo in Facebook) and more control on the background.
Nothing huge at all.

It’s the visual era of social media, but Twitter is the one place where text is king.
A cover photo is not necessary.
For images, I can go to Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram.
For text, I go to Twitter.
Why is Twitter placing emphasis on visuals when they do text so well?
