Go for SAP HANA because Big data is an open source and companies prefer to have a stable and reliable vendor for after sales that SAP offers. This is one of the biggest reasons why SAP have an upper edge on its competitors. It even offers packages for alll kinds of companies and even offer assistance. Oracle is behind SAP so you would get more opportunities in SAP than Oracle. HANA performance wise is one of the best tools available in the market. So go for it.
Go for HANA certification because very few companies deals with Big data. and major companies in middle east already have sap BW system and they are migrating to SAP HANA so it will be very helpful to see the carrier in growth.
