Yes, I think that. Thanks for the invitation

Innovation can be learned, you only need to have a problem finding attitude.

Our mind is a Automatic Problem solving machine once you give it a problem it starts searching for a solution in the background, and form there only all the Innovative and out of the box ideas are generated.

Mainly innovation comes from within the person however it stays not stimulated sometimes, once a person starts exceeding in his work and willing to move forward, his innovative part begins its stimulation hence innovation is at this stage learned and not taught. The person learns how to find stimulators to enhance his innovation and as far as I'm concerned, anyone can be innovative in some areas he/she just have to find the way to release the innovation lying inside oneself

There is no single answer for this question. From my point of view, innovation cannot be taught; however, the way to achieve innovation is; otherwise we would have a full of innovators in this era. There are plenty of techniques used that help you to be an innovator, but that is not enough. In order to be an innovator you need the right environment with the right people; besides, you need some other skills too.

Innovation starts with a need of something that the people faces problem but no one discovered nor designed the path to solving that problem. The Innovation it doesn't mean it is an entire discovery like making something from nothing, it can be just by joining things together. I like the example of the smartphone. The phone device existed, applications, games, and touch screen, but what the companies did was redesign it, simplify it, and obtained customers feedback to make the product mature over time.

Anyway, it is a big subject, and I hope I helped you in finding the answer for the question.

Good Luck.

Innovation a GOD gifted quality which can be improved by some technical concerned assistance and training

Dear mariam innovationis not something which can be fed in someone, it is the ability of someone which can help him adapt to certain circumstances, which can help him become creative and most importantly it can make a person able to improvise with the given situation. It is my personal opinion that innovation is a skill and a skill can only be improved if the person is willing to learn it. So, i would say it is learned.

Hope i was helpful. Regards
