Executive secratery is exclusive for MD or ED, secratery can be for a dept or section, office manager is the person is managing here

they are sharing in  the same roles and responsibilities  but secretary support staff and departments , executive secretary support to GM and sometimes departments but office manager report to MD , CEO , Chairman moreover has some authorities and ability of administrative supervision and manage the staff
