As a superior/senior level employee, how would you react if you were interviewed by a younger fresh HR graduate?

I don't mind at all. I act as normal and answer questions professionally. 

I wouldn't mind, as long as he/she practice a high level of professionalism. 

I will act normally and politely.

Most importantly I will not try to underestimate the interviewer.

As a Job seeker I am there to get interviwed and I should not judge someone's expertise.

Interviewing me, may be an experience to him and just to be modest to give and get new informations 

I will behave like an interviewee. 

I do not mind, the age is not important and i cannot judge him

I am sure he/she put in this department because he/she have high level of professionalism

I do not mind As long as he is professional HR in a will known company

you have to be able to deal with situation age is not a big deal to handle it
