The identification of training objectives is indicative of the importance that has been given to this important element in the development of human resources. It is natural to raise questions about the feasibility of training given the material and human resources allocated to the organizations. But this trend in itself includes answering these questions. If it was not for the importance of training as one of the foundations of human resource development for the organization, the organizations have not created specialized departments, provided them with material and human resources to achieve their objectives. The importance of training can be clarified through the following elements:

A - Improving the performance of the employee: This is reflected in increasing the quantity of production and improve quality at the lowest cost, and the least effort, and in the shortest time.

B - Keeping pace with technological and organizational developments: The results of technological progress spread the use of modern and complex machines, which requires the organizations to train their employees to use and maintain all new new devices. Recent organizational developments have led organizations to train their staff to keep up with and accommodate modern organization.

C. Minimize the need for supervision: The trainee employee who is aware of what his work requires can do this without the need for constant guidance or supervision from his superiors, thus saving their time and making them devote to other activities in the service of the organization. This is the opposite of the untrained worker. He still needs constant guidance and continuous supervision by his superiors, thus wasting their time in things that could have been exploited in other activities.

(D) improving the services of the Organization; as well as the way in which goods are produced and displayed, reflecting good relations between the Organization and its clients.

E. Reducing the incidence of work accidents: The statistics on accidents of work accidents and trained workers were much lower than those of unskilled workers. The lower the incidence of work accidents, the less losses incurred by the organization in the treatment of its workers, which led to increased production and thus increased sales and profits.

F) To achieve job stability in the organization: to become stable and good reputation in society, the trained employee manages his work to the fullest possible, which leads to increased management satisfaction of production and pay to reward it, either by increasing the salary or the availability of other benefits, For their satisfaction with the organization and their sense of being part of it, it is less likely to leave the job and move to another organization, as they are defending their organization within the community.
