Could be.  Spending a time with my team could strengthen the relation which will reflect on the level of performance and their level of acceptance towards what I asking for and their response.

To break the ice between you and your team, it is suggested to spend time with them outside the work environment.  In this way, they will feel more relax and set aside the pressure from work. Also, this is the best way to get to know them more in aspect of their different personality (which often times are hidden at work), their interest and hobbies and in certain situations their views (may either be political or financial both locally and internationally).

Yeah ... This is necessary ... and has a positive effect of great materiality (productive) and morally But perhaps led to an increase in social ties ... I mean marriage This exists ... in all societies ... Eastern ... and ... Western What a drawback to that ... In view of this the most successful future of the new family ... more understanding ... and love ... and common benefit

Yes, this is very important, but to a certain limits.

Also, I think you can make bonding during work, such like birthdays celebrations in company, or sudden breakfast in the offices (depends on Company policies), this is what we are doing in my company.

Sure, but of course within certain boundaries, and from my point of view and my past experience bonding with your team members outside the work environment would make the office atmosphere more friendly and it will bring the team closer to each other.

and it defiantly will make problems solving easier than ever.

Thank you for your invite. Meeting after office should only be on events or for a program in group. I do not encourage one to one meetings for bonding as people try to get emotional which is not good for company environment. Your team members need a feeling of job security to remain enthusiastic. You must be able to inculcate the sense of security into them preferably within office through company policies and once a while participate in group events outside but not on regular basis for that your managers and counsellors  from HR department must be assigned the task.

it is good way to build a good relation between the team members, however, you have to balance it because excessive relationship may reduce the seriousness in the work.

Yes, this is necessary to get the strong bonding and coordination among the team members, you take them outside for outing, time to time or you can arrange some kind of Bar B Q and some dinner to create a healthy and sound environment and save the team from monotony.
