It depends on your process. The most important thing is to understand the details of your process, find out the bottlenecks and wastes ( WIP, overproduction, defects, waiting, ...) and try to illuminate/minimize them.

you have to be creative in finding solutions. Use the internet to see similar process and try to get some ideas.
