How to measure Process Capability? When Products has only in qty of OK & NG.

Suppose A setup is producing5K products,0.K are rejected while reaming are OK, how do I measure Process capability from this data?

Cpk = Zmin / 3

Zmin = smaller of Zupper or Zlower

Zupper = [(USL – Mean) / Estimated sigma*]

Zlower = [(Mean – LSL) / Estimated sigma*]

Estimated sigma = average range / d2
