Why do you want to leave your current job?

because no value in pakistan in this job

During my nearly four years at Ability, I had the opportunity to really develop a strong skill set in data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and programming. And, while it was a great learning experience and I enjoyed contributing to the team, I’m ready to join a company that values my skills and allows me to use them more fully.

I realized the leadership of my team was going in a different direction, and I’m interested in working in a more collaborative environment. It was a hard decision to make because I love the mission of the company, but I ultimately think this is the right choice.

I'm always motivated to learn new things and face new challenges in new atmospheres  Seeking a new job does not mean that I would leave my job because of something bad is happening with me in my current job. We live and die leering.

 

In present company there is a delay in receiving salary

My present employer have limitations due to a small scale of organization, i am seeking for an employer where i can utilize my full potential, educational background and my professional work experiences to the fullest for a mutual benefit.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your coordinate. Recently I have been working in Garment manufacturing industry. My previous industry was a leather shoe manufacturer. I see that, there are far difference of practices of HR & Compliance function. So, I feel concentration about varities learning and that is why I resined my previous organization. Not only that I would like to interested different work environment and policy, COC etc.
