If your employer informs you that your private smartphone is going to be tracked and monitored due to security reasons - is it OK for you?

a) Yes. I've got nothing to hide. b) No. My privacy has to be respected! c) I'll suggest to have an extra phone for working purposes only.

I  don't think i mind them tracking my phone. as long as its not boring for them to just follow an average guy. but i will mind if any information obtained through the process is used in any kind of form for other purposes other than security reasons. Those terms have to clearly be defined and there must be grounds for transparency or trusted third party other than the employer directly.
