Negotiating is a long-term process, not a one-time event. True or False and WHY?

It's a multi-steps process. You don't want to reach the top from a jump and after that to spend a lot to cope with missed elements or loose a partner by making him believe that you tricked him. You need to help your partner through the process step by step and let him digest it.

 Totally True, Where Negotiation isn't only the Dialogue but it's the process of getting a deal and making the other parties accept it, it's the process of preparation to the table processes and following up its results 

of course true and the best  negotiators understand that negotiating requires frequent and good  communication, so the parties involved always know where they stand for the right thing
