As a manager,What would be your response to your subordinates when she came to you for a clarification of work while your texting on your phone?

Unless you are texting to your boss or the management board, your staff is far more important than your texting.

If I'm texting on personal matters, it would be good to put the phone down and clarify the query. If the texting is official and urgent, then he/she can be asked politely to be seated till you finish the texting.

Thank you for the callof the most important bases for action is الحترام between the manager and their subordinates and therefore you must be in a manner thing left to do your hands will devote itself to the employee then work whatever you want.

If "SHE", i will immediately clarify her doubts. If "HE", i will politely tell him to wait if the texting is related to the business, otherwise, clarify his doubts immediately as well.

If it will be official texting then surely i will ask her politely to sit and wait while letting her know that its official stuff. And if its personal surely i will listen to her first and respond the query first.
