You PMS rating goes for a toss and you are at the bottom of the stack with no scope for promotion and even your very existence could be on line . What do you do?

Documentation of achievements through the year is critical and if you have the right documents to prove what you did during the previous term, you should have no worries.

PS: If a company would value the last 'One' month only and IGNORE the previous 'Eleven' months of toil - this would definitely be a total lack of understanding Performance Management on the company's part.
