Will revive it by looking into the situation clearly. Right sizing and proper management implant will help.

From a personal point of view I would never give up on it because it is my baby and i have to take care of it and care for all the people who work with me. we'll work together on reviving it and they all should know this might call for some hard undesirable decisions.

Good day Ma'am.

No captain would ever abandon his ship as long as it sails.

  • In teaching, revisiting the curriculum will eventually help the teachers and administrators cope up with the lapses.
  • undergoing accreditation will surely sustain  and even improve more the programs. That's the reason why, our school is always growing.
  • Remedies are always present. It is the administration's initiative to make it happen.
  • I would hire experts especially, successful ones, for recommendations and suggestions on how to revive it...بارك الله

If it's beyond repair & the situation is out of hand, I would consider selling it but of course it would be done professionally without causing much disturbance or inconvenience to the employees. If the situation isn't the worst, I would consider reviving it for instance seeking financial support from financial institutions like long term loans, working toward strategic alliance, merging or partnership involvement, applying for grants or surponsership & applying for bail-out from Gov't. Thanks for the invitation

OMG, that really depends - primarily on on what you want to do with your life /  how badly do you want to save the business, and lastly how salvageable is the business.

It really depends on the situation, if it is already been an insecutive months your business is not doing good then I might be considered selling it. It is hard also for the owner vice versa to the employee if there are no profits coming to the company.. it is hard for them to find money for their monthly expenses. So for me I,d rather selling it but I will ask for the new owner maybe if she/he can take the staffs with them.
