The center procurement mean all business unit out of the center they must send there requirement of list Boq to the center to request the quotations as per the business unit needs and to verify the best quotations then to get the approval from technical business unit owner then to issue the PO.....No athurity to decentralised to request questions plus to issue POs plus to contact vendors.
