According to me now a days in an organzation no one knows who is working next to him\\her,so regalur communication with employees through different tools helps an employee to release the tension of his\\her work and mostly he\\she will work in an organzation longer if employees know each other.
Yes I belief that employee communication is a tool for engagement. For engaging employees, we organize staff meeting monthly that open forum for all staff as well as yearly picnic for staff. We also conduct staff survey for the employee to know the actual views of staff.
