I met a very funny guy in the interview board. The candidate did not do well in the interview board, but, his request was that he sould be taken and ready to work with the company without any salary/compensation to him.

An applicant that sits in the reception area after the interview and stayed until the office closes. When I asked him why is he still there, he told me he will not leave until he gets the job. Persistence at its finest!

Many, such as

  • A candidate refuses to  reveal his current salary
  • Just after you finish the interview,  the candidate wouls ask, I am I hired or how good am I?
  • What will be my salary, Although you have shown no indications that the candidate is suitable for the job.
