Are any different dialects of English in the USA?

I think the word dialect encompasses pronunciation and grammar among other things so i would say yes to your question.Remember USA has people from different parts of the world and they come with their own way(s)of communicating through the English language.

about your question Really I have no idea about it because I did not visit the United States before , But I think is there different accents, the proof is if you look at the world in general will find different accents in the same Country , Some of them a different languages in the same Country as India .
