I don't think so , whenever the chance for loss and the uncertainty still exist despite the new and advance tchnology which has been introduced to the manufactering of motor vehicle .
Besides , insurance always cope and pace with all new invention , hence insurer and reinsurer certainly will develop a new insurance policy amending the conventional one , that in my opinion will transfer the responsibility to include a new parties that my be involved in such technological change in motors , in addition to the motor vehicle original owner.
This amendments of course for a comprehensive insurance , and the other side , I mean the third party will remain the same.
