The attitude is the most important traits of a candidate or employee. Above technical skills should not be the basis of hiring a person. Let's say this person is above technical skills, but he/she has a bad attitude, arrogant, cannot coup perfectly with his coulegue or even rude to superiors and subordinates, wiuld you think it would be great to have that in your company? then let's just say 80% of your company are the same as he is, what would happen in your company?
